Conversion Works Academy is a video course platform for putting AI to work — in ecommerce and in experimentation.
You buy access — either a single course or an all-access membership — then log in and watch the lessons. Courses are built by approved creators and go live only after an admin has reviewed them, so everything published has been quality-checked.

A one-off course never expires. The membership renews each year until you cancel — and if you cancel, you keep access until the period you've paid for runs out. You can buy several individual courses in one checkout, and promo codes are accepted at the till.
03 Buying & billing
Signing up and paying takes a couple of minutes, and access is instant.
- Create an account with your email and a password.
- Choose a plan on your members page — the membership, or one or more courses.
- Pay securely on Stripe's hosted checkout (we never see your card details).
- Access unlocks immediately — you're taken straight back to your dashboard.
- Manage billing anytime — update your card, download invoices, or cancel — from the billing portal.
04 How access works
Access is tracked per person, so the site always knows exactly what you own.

Membership is genuinely all-access — it unlocks every course automatically, so you never buy the same thing twice. If your membership ends, the individual courses you bought outright stay yours.
05 Roles & permissions
Three roles, each building on the one before it.
Member buys and learns. Creator also builds courses. Admin also reviews content and manages people and access. You become a creator when an admin grants it; the owner is always an admin.

07 Admin controls
Admins keep the catalogue and the membership base in order.
Content. A single approval queue lists everything awaiting review. Admins can approve, reject with a note, unpublish a live course, and edit any course in any state.
People. Admins grant or revoke the creator role from the People & roles panel.
Member access. For any member, an admin can see their role, their Stripe billing, and exactly what they have access to — then grant access as a free comp or revoke it on the spot. Handy for gifting a course, comping a partner, or fixing a billing edge case.
08 Content & video
Lessons are streamed video, protected so only paying members can watch.
Each module has two video slots: the lesson itself — gated to members who own the course, streamed rather than downloadable — and an optional promo clip, a short public taster you can share on social to sell the course.
